When will my account be charged after placing an order?
All orders placed on our online store are charged immediately for the full cost of your purchase. Depending on your bank, you may see a pending authorization hold on your account for up to 7 business days until the transaction is fully processed. If the pending hold does not disappear after this time or you believe there is a billing error, please contact us.
When will I be charged for a pre-order item?
You will be charged for your entire order, including pre-order items, at the time of checkout. This ensures your pre-order is reserved.
Cancellations and Changes
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Depending on the stage of your order, we may be able to update the shipping address, quantity, or cancel it. To request a change, contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist. Unfortunately, we cannot change sizes or swap items.
Once we receive your request, we’ll notify you via email to confirm if it was processed. All orders are subject to our return and exchange policies unless otherwise stated in the product description or order confirmation email.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Currently, we only accept orders through our website. If you’re having trouble completing your order, contact us, and we’ll help you resolve the issue.
Can I get a different size or color than what’s available in the store?
If a size, color, or variant is not listed online, it is not currently available.
Taxes
What sales tax is applied to my order?
Sales tax is applied to all domestic orders. The tax is calculated based on the applicable laws in each state.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
What should I do if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete?
Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us as soon as possible and include photos to help us investigate and resolve the issue. After reviewing the photos, we’ll email you a return label. Once we receive the item at our warehouse, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund if the item is out of stock.
Missing items: Contact us immediately to let us know what’s missing so we can resolve the issue. Refunds or reshipments are only available within 30 days of receiving your order.
Differences from Product Photos
What if the item I received doesn’t match the photo on the store?
We strive to accurately represent our products, but for pre-orders, the design team may make changes to ensure quality. If you believe the item you received differs significantly from the description, contact us with photos so we can assist you.
Digital Downloads
How do I access my digital files?
On iOS: Download the files to a computer first, then transfer them to your device.
On Android: Follow the provided link, click "Download," extract the files, and access them in MP3 format.
On desktop: Open the downloaded folder, extract the files, and copy them to your device.

Digital music purchases are non-refundable. If you have trouble accessing your music, contact us, and we’ll help you resolve the issue.
Why can’t I buy or access digital downloads outside the U.S.?
Due to copyright restrictions, digital downloads are not available outside the U.S. unless otherwise specified.
Limited Edition Items
My limited edition order didn’t arrive due to a shipping error. What can I do?
If your package is returned to our warehouse, we’ll contact you for an updated address. If we don’t receive a response within 5 business days, we’ll refund your order.
Can I exchange a limited edition item?
Due to their limited nature, we cannot accept exchanges. However, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Discounts and Offers
How do discounts and special offers work?
Unless otherwise stated, product prices already reflect discounts. Offers are limited to available stock and cannot be combined with other promotions. They do not apply to prior purchases, taxes, shipping, or handling fees. Promotions have no cash value and may be modified or ended at any time.
